Creating and maintaining your Lumex CRM account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must promptly notify Lumex CRM of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or security incident that may affect Lumex CRM or other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have provided false information, violated these terms, or engaged in activity that could harm Lumex CRM, our infrastructure, or other users.

How you may and may not use Lumex CRM

You may use Lumex CRM only in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and any documentation we provide. You are responsible for the content you input into the service and for ensuring that your use does not infringe the rights of others.

  • Use Lumex CRM to send spam, unsolicited messages at scale, or content that is deceptive or unlawful.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code except where permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of Lumex CRM or its underlying infrastructure.

  • You retain ownership of Customer Data that you submit to Lumex CRM.

Section 5 - Fees, billing, and renewals

Subscriptions, payments, and changes to pricing

Lumex CRM is offered on a subscription basis. The applicable fees, billing cycle, and included features are described at the time you sign up or upgrade. All fees are due in the currency and payment method specified on your order or account settings.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in accordance with these terms.
  • We may change pricing or features for future billing periods, and we will provide advance notice where required by law.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumex CRM is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or Lumex CRM is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

Ending your use of Lumex CRM

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lumex CRM if you materially breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. Where permitted by law, we will provide advance notice of termination when reasonably possible.

Section 9 - Governing law and disputes

Which laws apply if we disagree

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumex CRM is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different law is required by mandatory local rules that apply to you.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or Lumex CRM will be handled in the courts of that same jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you rights to bring claims in another forum.
