By accessing or using Lumex CRM (“Lumex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Lumex CRM provides CRM software, marketing automation, website systems, SMS messaging tools, missed call text-back, appointment scheduling, reputation management, email marketing, and related services for contractors and local service businesses.

3. SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Lumex CRM provides Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging capabilities.

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number through our website, forms, booking pages, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Lumex CRM.

These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Service updates
• Account notifications
• Marketing promotions
• Follow-up messages

Message frequency varies depending on user interaction and service usage.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3.2 Opt-Out Instructions

3.3 User Responsibility (For Lumex Clients)

Users of the Lumex CRM platform agree:

• To comply with TCPA, CTIA, carrier guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements

Lumex CRM is not responsible for fines, penalties, or legal claims arising from misuse of messaging services.

3.4 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Purchased or scraped contact lists
• Fraudulent or misleading content
• Sexually explicit content
• Hate speech
• Alcohol, firearms, tobacco promotion (without proper compliance)
• Illegal products or services

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees and usage-based messaging fees apply according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lumex CRM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Carrier filtering or message blocking
• Lost profits or lost revenue
• Service interruptions
• Third-party outages

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Messaging violations
• Carrier complaints
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
